Oatmeal like no other

Oatmeal is one of the most nutritious food out there. I’ve always loved having oatmeal in the morning although the taste is bland on its own, I usually tended to add a lot of honey and fruits to cover up the taste. Until one day a friend of mine told me about a little trick that makes oatmeal on its own, taste amazing. I’ve been doing my oats this way for a while now and thought I’d share this recipe with you.

This recipe is good if you want to decrease calorie intake, if you are diabetic and want to cut down your sugar intake whilst still eating tasty oatmeal or if you just simply want to enjoy oatmeal on its own.
